All agents must record all of their conversations when discussing Medicare Advantage plans and keep those recordings for 5 years. With the recent commercials endorsed by Joe Namath and JJ Walker, many seniors find themselves confused. These commercials discuss plans that have zero premiums, zero co-pays, and zero deductibles but almost zero coverage. They are also very hard to qualify for and are only available to a select Medicare market.
